Performing Arts | Uniforms
Hairstyles - All students should have their hair up in a neat and tidy style with a strong elastic to ensure style lasts for the entire class. Competition Tap and all Classical Ballet classes are required to have a neat bun for every class.
New students - to EDA do not require the correct uniform/footwear within the first two weeks of lessons. This allows you to trial the class before going to extra expense, however after this trail period the correct uniform/footwear is required.
Uniform - Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Stretch and Conditioning, Funk and Cheeky Cheerleading classes are required to wear any combination of the EDA uniform. Their are a number of pieces to choose from, these will be available to view on the EDA website under the 'Online Store' soon. However, at this stage they can be purchased from the EDA Kirrawee reception.

Shoes
Preschool/Recreational Tap Classes - EDA Tap Shoes available from EDA Kirrawee Reception
Competition Tap Classes - Salvio Tap Shoes with Newcastle Taps. These can be purcahsed from Knockout Shoes at Engadine and we recommend Gymea Shoes Repairs, Gymea Arcade, Shop 4 59-61 Arcade Gymea to get your taps put on to get the best sound out of them. See Wally !
Jazz Classes - Bone coloured Jazz Shoes without laces preferred, available at Bloch Dancewear
(14 years and over check with your teacher)
Funk and Cheerleading Classes - EDA Funk Boots available from EDA Kirrawee reception.
Classical Ballet Classes - EDA Classical Ballet shoes available from EDA Kirrawee reception.
